TSR-rubber

TSR products (TSR = Technical Specified Rubber) are standardized intermediate goods used primarily in the tire industry. Their production is technically straightforward and mainly mechanical. Depending on the specification, a distinction is made between different grades of purity: The production of TSR-10 or TSR-20 products essentially involves processing the supplied cup-lump natural rubber through intensive mechanical washing, shredding and drying processes. The result is compressed rubber bales that must meet certain standard norms in terms of grain size, purity, shelf life and shape before they can be packaged, labeled and palletized for sale in accordance with regulations. The GRAN PIEDRA rubber factory has a maximum annual processing capacity of up to 30,000 tons of natural rubber. This is approximately equivalent to rubber production on an area of 10,000 hectares. TSR rubber is a rubber standard that is traded on all major commodity markets and exchanges. The route of marketing via these markets is open to TIMBERFARM at all times and without restriction.
